Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 large sliced onions
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. regular uncooked rice
    salt and pepper
    pinch of cumin
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions, and green pepper.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat and pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
