Clara'S Oatmeal Fudge Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. oatmeal (instant or regular)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick margarine

Preparation

Put sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine in a saucepan.
Boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
While still hot, pour over oatmeal mixture.
Mix well and let stand for 3 to 4 minutes.
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
