Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 medium potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
butter
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Slice the potatoes and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Add butter to cover potatoes, not heavily, and spread mushroom soup over the top.
Cover and cook for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 with pan covered tightly.
Then add cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
For a different taste add onions.
