Tex-Mex Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    6 chicken breasts, boned, skinned, cut bite size and cooked
    3 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 (3 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    1 large pkg. Doritos
    1 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine; add chicken soup, broth, chilies and onions.
    Mix well.
    Line buttered 9 x 12-inch casserole with Doritos.
    Pour in chicken mixture; top with additional Doritos. Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or bubbly. Serves 8 to 10.
