Jamaican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. corn meal
    2/3 tsp. salt
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    6 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat egg.
    Melt margarine and mix both with milk.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Beat/mix until well blended. Pour into greased 8 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
