Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
2 bananas
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook first 5 ingredients, stirring until thick; let cool. Slice bananas in pie shell.
Add vanilla to custard and pour over bananas.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Add 4 tablespoons sugar.
Put on top of pie and brown in hot oven.
