Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    jelly
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs until lemon colored.
    Cream with sugar, adding milk and dry ingredients, stirring as little as possible.
    Use a heavy wax paper to line bottom of large, shallow pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown around the edges.
    Sprinkle a towel with sugar to take it up on.
    Hurriedly, trim the brown edges off and spread with jelly. Roll at once and keep rolled in towel as you eat it.
