Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. chunked potatoes
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Put all together in a plastic bag and shake very well to coat all.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 450\u00b0 for about 40 minutes, until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy.
