Cream Of Peanut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 qt. chicken broth
    2 c. peanut butter
    1 3/4 c. light cream
    chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter; stir in flour.
    Add chicken broth, stirring constantly.
    Bring to boil.
    Remove from heat and puree in blender.
    Add peanut butter and cream.
    Stir.
    Return to low heat.
    Serve with a sprinkling of chopped peanuts on top.
