Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chop suey meat
    1 c. onions
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. celery
    1 c. water
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 c. rice (raw)
Preparation
    Season and brown meat with onions.
    Add celery; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients; bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
