Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels (unwrapped)
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
    1 c. nuts (walnuts and/or pecans)
    12 oz. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in top of double boiler; stir until melted.
