Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut
1 c. carrots, grated
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except for sugar and oil), and mix well.
In small bowl mix sugar and oil together and then pour over vegetables and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
