Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c. chicken stock
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c. low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
dash of pepper
4 chicken breasts, skinned, deboned and split lengthwise
Preparation
-
Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, chicken stock, garlic, parsley and pepper.
Marinate chicken breasts 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Grill chicken breasts.
