Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Parboil onion and zucchini for 5 minutes.
    Mix together sour cream, grated carrots and soup.
    Fold in zucchini and onion mixture.
    Melt butter and pour over stuffing.
    Put half of stuffing on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour on all of zucchini mixture and top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 8.
