Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream or mayo
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix salt, pepper and onions.
Mix soup, sour cream and grated cheese.
Mix together and add hash browns.
Place in a 3-quart or rectangular casserole dish.
Melt margarine and mix with corn flakes.
Put on top of casserole last 20 minutes of baking time. Bake a total of 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 12.
