Biscuits - Low Cholesterol - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. liquid vegetable oil
    2/3 c. low-fat milk (skim)
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Measure flour and baking powder into 1-quart bowl.
    Measure 1/3 cup liquid oil into 1-cup measure; 2/3 cup milk will then just fill the 1-cup measure.
    Pour into center of flour.
    Mix as little as possible until dough leaves sides of bowl.
    Turn onto floured bread board.
    Press out to about 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with cutter. Bake on ungreased baking sheet in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for about 10 to 12 minutes, longer if more browning is desired or if large cutter was used.
    Yield:
    16 or more biscuits.
    Serve hot.
