Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. sliced scallions (include green part)
    4 c. cold cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. diced ham
Preparation
    Scramble beaten eggs in butter and set aside.
    In a large skillet, heat cooking oil and stir in sliced scallions and cooked rice; stir quickly to coat rice with oil.
    Mix in the soy sauce, sugar and cooked ham.
    Stir in scrambled eggs, which have been cut into small pieces.
    Heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
