Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground turkey or lean ground beef
2 (10 oz.) cans diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
salt and pepper
garlic salt
Preparation

Brown meat and sprinkle generously with garlic salt.
Combine meat and all other ingredients and heat until bubbling.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Taste during cooking and add salt and pepper to taste.
