Pastel Bavarian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand sugar free gelatin (any flavor)
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 3/4 c. (4 oz.) Cool Whip lite whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water.
    Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
    Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
    Remove any unmelted ice.
    Fold into whipped topping, blending well.
    Spoon into individual dessert dishes or bowl.
    Chill until set, at least 2 hours.
    Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
    Makes 7 servings, approximately 40 calories per serving.
