Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 oz. red food coloring
1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cream the sugar and butter.
Add eggs.
Make a mixture of food coloring, cocoa and salt.
Add buttermilk and flour alternately. Add vanilla.
Sprinkle soda over batter.
Pour vinegar over soda. Fold into batter.
Do not mix!!! Pour into pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Frost with Vanilla Frosting.
