Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and sugar.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Add dry ingredients to the milk mixture.
    This batter should be thin enough to run through a funnel.
    Drop from funnel into hot, deep fat.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Remove from oil; drain.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
