Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cranberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp (2 pkg.) gelatin
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. diced apples
    1 c. chopped English walnuts
Preparation
    Grind cranberries in food chopper using fine blade.
    Add sugar mixture and let stand 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Soften gelatin
    in orange juice 5 minutes.
    Stir over hot water until dissolved.
    Mix
    gelatin
    mixture with other ingredients and fold in container greased with mayonnaise.
    Chill.
