Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. white potatoes
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    2 large green peppers, chopped fine
    1 stalk celery, chopped fine
    1/2 doz. eggs, boiled hard and chopped fine
    1 (16 oz.) jar sweet relish, drained
    1/2 (9 oz.) jar mustard
    1 c. granulated white sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    5 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 jar Miracle Whip salad dressing
Preparation
    Peel
    the potatoes and cut into small quarters;
    wrench the potatoes and cover with sufficient amount of water; bring to a boil
    and boil until tender, not mushy.
    Drain and rinse with cool water for about 5 minutes.
