Peach Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
    6 c. sugar
    1 box pickling spice
    7 lb. peaches, peeled and halved
Preparation
    Combine sugar, vinegar, water and spice.
    Bring to boil. Simmer peaches until color changes.
    Seal peaches and syrup in sterilized jars.
