Liver "Bait" For Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork liver
    1/4 c. salt
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 heaping Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. thyme
Preparation
    Put liver and 1/4 cup salt in pot.
    Cover with water and soak for 5 to 10 minutes to remove blood.
    Drain and rinse 2 or 3 times.
    Place liver in cooking pot.
    Cover with water.
    Add olive oil, garlic powder and thyme.
    Bring to boil and boil for 20 minutes.
    Remove from pot and drain.
    Freeze or store in refrigerator until needed.
