Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cook in small amount of salted boiling water until tender.
    Drain and refrigerate, covered, overnight.
    Next day, grate potatoes coarsely, mix with remaining ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Put in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
