Fluffy Mud Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. water
    4 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 angel food cake
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in a double boiler over hot water (not boiling); stir until chocolate appears smooth.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into chocolate mixture.
