Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans beef broth
    4 medium onions, cut up
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. diced potatoes (optional)
    2 cans filled with water
    3 carrots, cut into bite-size pieces
    4 celery stalks, cut into bite-size pieces
Preparation
    In a huge pot, combine all the ingredients.
    Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
    Cook until vegetables are tender to your liking.
    Serve over cooked rice if desired.
