Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
4 c. sliced apples
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In saucepan, put sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and water. Bring to a boil.
Let cook 5 minutes, then put apples in and cook 5 minutes more.
Then lift apples out into a pie crust.
Pour juice over apples and dot with butter.
Then stir together sugar and cinnamon.
Put over apples, then put pie crust on top.
Press edges together.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
