Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    white bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 to 1 1/2 c. Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
    4 to 6 eggs
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Butter a 10 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Cover the bottom of dish with bread (remove the crust).
    Cook and drain sausage. Sprinkle over bread.
    Cover with cheese.
    Mix eggs with half and half (salt and pepper to taste).
    Pour over cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
