Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Campbell's new broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion until tender.
    Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add potatoes.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
    Yields 4 servings.
