Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    6 c. cut up rhubarb
    1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together. Put into a greased 9 x 12-inch cake pan. Pour rhubarb over cake dough. Sprinkle gelatin on top of rhubarb. Mix together 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and 6 tablespoons butter until crumb-like.
    Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
