Debbie'S Award Winning Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
12 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. flavoring (vanilla, rum etc.)
Preparation

Cream butter and powdered sugar together until very smooth. Beat in melted, cooled chocolate and add flavoring.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cocoa covered cookie sheets.
Roll in cocoa and shape into balls.
Let set until almost firm.
Dip into more melted chocolate and let set until firm, or roll balls in powdered sugar or sprinkles.
