Corn Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. soda crackers
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. canned milk, undiluted
    1/4 c. carrot, shredded fine
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. green onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cheese, shredded
    6 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    In a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass pan place mixture and spread, top with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm in center and brown on top.
