Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Gradually add sugar and baking powder to beaten egg whites; mix with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool 30 minutes or longer; cover with whipped cream.
    Refrigerate 4 hours.
