Eva'S Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. beef
1 lb. pork
2 1/2 lb. onions, chopped
1/4 lb. margarine
4 oz. catsup
3 oz. Worcestershire sauce
hot sauce (Texas Pete) to taste (1 oz.)
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix together. Bring to boil, then cook slow for 6 to 8 hours.
