Spanish Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained and mashed squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped finely
    1 small jar pimentos
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Mix 1 stick oleo and dressing mix.
    Mix all ingredients together, saving enough dressing mix to put on top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
