Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Cream together sugar and oleo until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and salt; mix well.
Stir in pineapple and lemon juice.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
