Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    1 can French fried onion rings, mashed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and put in pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
