Grandma Peck'S Peanut Butter Ponechi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/3 stick butter
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Mix together brown sugar, 1/3 stick butter, salt and milk. Boil until a drop makes a firm ball when dropped into a cup of cold water.
    Remove from heat.
    Add another 1/3 stick of butter and vanilla. Chop in peanut butter.
    Beat with spoon until smooth. Pour into buttered dish.
