Zucchini Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. shredded zucchini, unpared
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Gradually add the sugar, beating well.
    Add oil.
    Sift all dry ingredients together and add slowly. Add vanilla and then the zucchini.
    Fold in nuts and raisins. Grease and flour two loaf pans.
