Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 cabbage leaves
1 c. rice
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix rice, tomato sauce, ground beef and seasonings.
Form mixture into 5 or 6 balls.
Wrap balls in the cabbage leaves using toothpicks to hold in place.
Put in large pot.
Cover with rest of tomato sauce and tomatoes and add 1 can of water.
Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
