Easy Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, cooked, cleaned and deveined
butter for sauteing
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. tomato or V-8 juice
Preparation

Saute vegetables in a little butter.
Add all other ingredients and cook over low heat for 3 minutes or until hot. Serve over a bed of rice or pasta.
Serves 4.
