Southern Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all together.
Brush insides of unbaked pie shell with a small amount of beaten egg.
Prick bottom and sides with a fork. Pour in mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
