Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. flour
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender.
In a large saucepan, fry onions in butter until yellow, then blend in flour. Add broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce and cauliflower with cooking water.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
