Chantille'S Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, deboned
1 c. broth
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 pkg. angel hair pasta, boiled and drained
1 c. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine vegetables in broth and boil until slightly tender (about 5 minutes).
Add milk and chicken.
Combine cornstarch with a small quantity of water, then add to ingredients, cooking until sauce thickens.
Add to drained pasta and combine well.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
If you like a little more or less sauce, adjust recipe to your liking. We like ours with plenty of white sauce.
