Teriyaki Pork Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless pork chops or steaks
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except meat in a nonmetallic container.
Stir well and add pork.
Marinate for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
Remember, the longer the pork marinates the better the flavor.
Barbecue or broil for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until pork is still slightly pink inside and the juices just run clear.
If in a hurry, while plain pork steaks are broiling, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to marinade and heat.
Pour over cooked pork.
