Pistachio Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
    8 oz. whipped topping
Preparation
    Add margarine
    and
    salt
    to
    1
    cup boiling water in a saucepan.
    Reduce
    heat.
    Stir
    in flour and continue stirring until it
    balls
    around
    the spoon.
    Remove from heat. Add the eggs, one
    at
    a
    time, beating each one in well.
    Beat in the last egg
    until
    mixture
    breaks
    away from the spoon. Drop by teaspoonfuls
    onto\tgreased
    baking sheet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Bake
    at\t350\u00b0
    for
    25
    minutes. Cool and fill with pistachio
    pudding\tprepared
    according
    to box directions and folded
    into whipped topping.
    (Plain whipped cream or topping or a vanilla pudding mixed with drained, crushed pineapple may be used as a filling instead.)
