Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell for 10-inch quiche dish
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. parsley
    5 cooked sausage links
Preparation
    Bake pie shell for 10 minutes.
    Toss cheese with flour.
    Add onion and parsley; sprinkle on the base of pie shell.
    Beat eggs with half and half; pour over cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Arrange sausage links and crumbled bacon on top.
    Bake an additional 10 minutes.
    Serves 8.
