Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 turkeys, completely thawed
    5 gal. peanut oil (do not substitute; only peanut oil will do)
    2 c. water, heated
    generous amount of salt, red pepper, onion powder and Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation
    You will also need this equipment:
    1 cattle syringe (can be purchased at a feed store), 10 gallon pot with basket and Butane cooker.
